It starts with an inception in our mind, translated to a piece of art on paper and finally an expression on our clothes.
Our expression is through art, we believe it as a form of upliftment. Most of our styles feature a piece our art. It may be a bold statement or a little motif, but art is present, a little piece of our soul.
Being artists, most of our artwork is first hand drawn on paper. Once we are happy with the detailing, the final sketch is then scanned and converted into a digital artwork and colored in if required. This is how we create.
Once the final artwork is ready to go it is then separated and prepared for the silk screening process. It is then hand printed by our talented artisans onto fabric that will then be used to construct the garment.
For art that pushes the limits of screen printing, we use digital printing to print on our cotton fabrics.
Our garments are printed with water based inks that absorb into the cotton fiber thereby leaving no print feel. This keeps the garment naturally soft and iron friendly, just the way you like it!
We do, however, recommend you iron your clothes inside out to give it a longer lifespan.
All our garments are pre-washed so that you do not need to worry about any shrinkage and get the perfect fit. We use durable cotton fabrics that can generally be machine washed and dried with no ill effects. For best results, machine wash cotton items in cold water with like colors, normal wash cycle, regular detergent and tumble dry on low setting. Our clothes like to hang out, so you can also line dry on the reverse. Do not use bleach. Dry-clean only if required.
We do all our production in our own factory associating closely with the Masters and Artisans that help us create for you. Good Stuff is proudly Made in Mumbai, India.
